Adam Mac is celebrating his wedding to Lee Pfund today. The singer has revealed that he has married his 8-year-old partner by sharing the news on Instagram, which has been met with a lot of enthusiasm on the part of fans. As per US Weekly, the couple exchanged their wedding vows against Sedona’s red rock backdrop in the early hours of the morning of June 28.

Pictures from the scenic wedding were shared by Adam Mac on Instagram, which showed the couple wearing matching pinstripe suits while basking in the glory of the Sedona sun. As per US Weekly, Adam also sang an original song titled “Last Rodeo” as a part of his wedding vows, which he has dedicated to Lee Pfund.

The wedding pictures were shared along with a caption, which read as follows:

"This one’s for my love. He’s everything I’m not, but just as quirky and odd in all the best ways. I truly can’t imagine facing everything this career and world throw at me without him. I wrote 'Last Rodeo' as my wedding vows, and we snuck away to Sedona to say 'I do.'"

Adam Mac and Lee Pfund: a brief history

The relationship between Lee Pfund and Adam Mac spans eight years, and their marriage is an important stage in the association. The duo began dating in 2017, and got engaged to one another last year. People were already talking of their wedding as the news of their engagement was confirmed in an interview with PEOPLE by Adam himself.

While sharing the details of the intimate proposal, Adam Mac was quoted as saying:

"My boyfriend was very passionate thatewe could not have another dog. We already had a French bulldog by the name of Priscilla, but when I saw that there were puppies born from Priscilla's sister, I knew I wanted one."

He then went on to add:

"When we got home from getting our new dog, Pearl, [Pfund] put a collar on her and told me to turn around. He was on one knee, and I could see Pearl’s little collar dangling there. On one side, it said, 'Will you,’ and the other side said, 'Marry me.’ I was just like, 'Are you for real?' "And then I cried. And then we kissed. I was so overstimulated. I didn't think the puppy was going to happen, and I certainly didn't think it was going to lead to a proposal."

The couple reportedly chose Sedona after falling in love with the location during a previous anniversary trip. The couple has planned some more celebrations, such as post post-wedding reception in Nashville, as a way of letting loved ones celebrate the occasion too.

The wedding post made by Adam is making rounds on social media, with fans sending in hearty congratulatory messages from all over the world. His latest song, “Last Rodeo”, is also available across streaming platforms and includes stills from Adam Mac and Lee Pfund's marriage.
