Kingfishr expand 2026 Ireland & UK tour: Presale, new dates, venues, and more explored

Kingfishr has officially expanded its upcoming 2026 Ireland and UK tour. This expansion follows some sold-out shows of the Limerick-based trio across Europe and North America.

Kingfishr has been previously invited to open for Bruce Springsteen, George Ezra, James Bay, and Snow Patrol. The band has seen sold-out shows at Dublin's 3Arena, and headline slots at multiple Irish festivals like Electric Picnic. They are also set for an international tour across North America, Europe, and the UK.

These newly added Irish shows in June 2026 are a response to what promoters describe as "phenomenal demand."

Kingfishr took to its official Instagram page to share the tour extension news, captioning:

"Ireland & UK 2026. We have added gigs to the tour we’re doing next year. Sign up for presale on Wednesday at 10 am, link in bio. General sale Friday 10 am x"

Expressing their feelings about a recent live show at Glasgow, Kingfishr wrote in an Instagram post,

"Walking on to stage in Glasgow last night was a very strange feeling. Less than a year ago we played headline shows in venues that size all over the UK. The fact that they are now intimate shows has put an insane perspective on what has happened for us over the last year. Grateful does not even come close, thank you Scotland ❤️ see you all in November"

Kingfishr was formed in 2022 by Eddie Keogh, Eoghan "McGoo" McGrath, and Eoin "Fitz" Fitzgibbon. Their breakout came in 2024 with the release of Live From Dublin. Their 2025 single, Killeagh, topped the Irish charts and became a viral hit. The band's debut album, Halcyon, was released in August 2025.
