Modern Nature extend 2026 North American tour: Ticket info, new dates, venues, and more explored

UK band Modern Nature is officially hitting the road again. Following the December 2025 announcement of West Coast dates in support of their upcoming album The Heat Warps, the band has now added an extended leg across the East Coast, Midwest, and parts of Canada through January 2026.

These newly announced shows will be Modern Nature's first North American tour since early 2020. The additional tour dates follow the release of The Heat Warps, which is officially scheduled for August 29, 2025, via Bella Union. The band now features a new four-piece lineup: Jack Cooper, along with drummer Jim Wallis, bassist Jeff Tobias, and guitarist Tara Cunningham.

Modern Nature announced the tour extension via an official Instagram page, captioning:

"North American east coast and Canadian shows for January 2026! Brigid Dawson & The Mothers Network be joining us on all of the these shows as well as our West Coast shows in December. Get this though… we are The Mothers Network. We are going to be backing Brigid. We made a record with Brig last year so we’re on double duty. You can buy tickets to all of our shows via a link in our bio!"

As part of the tour, the band will also support Brigid Dawson, former vocalist of Thee Oh Sees, under the collaborative name The Mothers Network. Dawson will perform with Modern Nature as her backing band.

Modern Nature was formed by Jack Cooper in 2018 after the end of his previous projects. Their 2023 album, No Fixed Point In Space, mainly features free-form compositions. The early singles from the upcoming album, "Pharaoh," "Source," and "Alpenglow," have already been released.

Modern Nature will kick the trek off on the West Coast with a run of intimate dates featuring Brigid Dawson. A complete itinerary follows:

Modern Nature's expanded itinerary includes multiple U.S. cities, two Canadian stops, and a finale in Brooklyn. These shows also feature Brigid Dawson throughout the run.

Tickets for all newly announced shows will go on sale Friday, August 8, 2025, at 10 a.m. local time. Currently, there is no mention of a presale code from the band, but fans should keep an eye on the official Modern Nature page for updates.
