Azealia Banks strikes, and once again, BLACKPINK's Lisa is the latest target.

The matter escalated when Doja Cat released her single Jealous Type, a track off her forthcoming album Vie. Brett Alan Nelson, who has collaborated with BLACKPINK's Lisa, then shared an excerpt from Doja Cat's new music video on his Instagram.

In the post, he revealed through the tags that he served as the creative director and stylist for the project, roles he has filled multiple times before.

He also styled the BOOMBAYAH singer's recently viral Labubu-inspired costume for her solo performance during the group's DEADLINE world tour.

However, in the comments, the songstress Azealia Banks blasted Brett Alan Nelson out of nowhere for spending more time with "that young mukbang."

"Brett, you are a terrible creative director and have been failing Doja lately. Giving all ur time and attention to that young mukbang. This sucks."

Nelson's response was:

"Girl..."

The creative director has been sharing snippets of his work with the BLACKPINK member during the group's ongoing tour. Given Banks' previous comments about the Rockstar singer, fans quickly concluded that she was referring to Lisa.

Not only that, but Banks followed up her "mukbang" comment with a screenshot from Quora that poses the question:

"Is Lisa from Blackpink trans?"

Then, below it is an anonymous account's comment:

"I think she is transgender from a young age and this is very normal amongst children in Thailand."

Fans blast Azealia Banks' comments about BLACKPINK's Lisa

Many have expressed confusion and anger over Azealia Banks' random remarks about the Thai K-pop songstress. On X (formerly Twitter), BLACKPINK's dedicated fans, known as BLINKs, criticized the scandal-laden artist for her comments.

"Pack it up azealia, lisa doesn’t know you at all 😭," one fan commented.
"Beefing with Lisa is wild, she stays minding her business. Not bothering anyone and that’s the person you choose too bully?" another one commented.
Another user commented, "Omggg you even have screenshots and did research about her, you are obsessed !"
"Worry about your bills azealia bankruptcy," a user commented.

Others expressed their support to Lisa instead of engaging with Banks. Under the American singer's post, BLINKs called the K-pop artist the "princess of Thailand" and "swan," while some responded with photos of the BLACKPINK star.

A fan then posted a collage of Lisa's childhood pictures, in response to Banks' implication that the HOW YOU LIKE THAT singer is a trans since childhood.

"FYI.. This is Lisa Childhood picture. She's not transgender," they tweeted.

Meanwhile, this isn't the first time that Azealia Banks took a shot at the BLACKPINK rapper.

In May, the American singer took to X to quote-retweet a photo of the LALISA hitmaker's Met Gala look, and wrote:

"I’m sorry but this is giving ladyboy. It’s giving Adam’s apple and a not so taut tuck. Lisa is a man. I’m not walking that comment back."

Banks quickly sparked outrage among fans, many of whom posted her pictures and pointed out that she had never been invited to the Met Gala.
