In a rare appearance, Beyoncé's youngest daughter, Rumi, waved to the fans from the stage alongside her mother and elder sister, Blue Ivy.
The Halo singer's youngest daughter, 7, made her concert debut on the opening night of her mother and big sister's Cowboy Carter Tour in Los Angeles. Rumi, who also made her debut on Beyoncé's track Protector from the same album, came out as her mother belted out the song.
Footage going viral online shows the 7-year-old sporting a custom gold Oscar de la Renta dress with matching cowboy boots. She can be seen waving at the cheering crowd before she turns to hug her gushing mother, 43, while Blue Ivy towers over them.
Rumi Carter is one half of twins, and her brother, Sir, was nowhere to be found. The children, whom Bey shares with Jay-Z, are seldom spotted outside, though their elder sister has been making strides in the spotlight as she tours with her mother across the nation.
Everything to know as Beyoncé's daughter Rumi makes her concert debut:
During her performance, while singing Protector, the Grammy-winning songstress welcomed her youngest by eliciting a wave of applause:
"Give it up for Rumi, y'all, she said.
Rumi was seemingly overjoyed to be onstage, sporting a cheek-to-cheek smile and striking a protector pose by crossing her arms over her head. As for Blue Ivy, she danced behind the two, clad in a sparkly gray ensemble akin to her mother's.
In the opening lines of Protector, Rumi can be heard asking, "Mom, can I hear the lullaby, please?" before the intro tune of the song begins. At the end of the song, the children's happy voices can be heard in the background. Rumi's line in Protector now makes her the youngest woman ever to chart on the Billboard Hot 100.
"Even though I know someday you're gonna shine on your own, I will be your protector," Beyoncé sang during the concert.
As for Blue Ivy, she began touring alongside her mother as a backup dancer during her Renaissance Tour in 2024. She would join her mother on stage night after night, her confidence visibly growing with each performance. She even took to the stage alongside the songstress for her Christmas Day Beyoncé Bowl Half Time show in Texas.
Notably, Blue Ivy also joined her mother by lending her vocals for the Disney film Mufasa: The Lion King, where she starred as Kiara, officially marking her feature film debut.
