With the latest record, GOLDEN extended its record as the longest-charting album by any Asian Soloist on the Spotify chart. Jk’s solo album was originally released in 2023 before he left for his military service in December.

Jungkook of BTS formally released GOLDEN, his first independent album, on November 3, 2023. BIGHIT Music, the idol's record label, emphasized the album's concept for BTS' Jungkook as:
“GOLDEN reflects on the golden moments of Jung Kook as a solo artist. The new album features a total of 11 tracks including previously released global smash hits 'Seven (feat.
