American singer-songwriter Chance Peña has officially announced his first-ever headline shows in Australia, set for December 2025.
The East Texas native will bring his tour, When I Change My Mind I Don't Mean It, down under in support of his upcoming album of the same name. The record is scheduled to be released on Friday, August 29, 2025, a few months before the tour begins.
Chance Peña is also scheduled to appear at the sold-out Spilt Milk Festival series. His standalone headline concerts are now scheduled in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. For fans in Australia, this will be the first chance to see him perform live outside the festival setting.
Chance Peña shared the 2025 AU tour announcement via an official Instagram post, which read:

Known for his deeply personal storytelling and raw lyricism, his 2023 breakthrough single "i am not who i was" surpassed 400 million streams worldwide"
Chance Peña was born and raised in East Texas. He began writing music professionally at 17 years old after signing with Secret Road Music Publishing. His work gained attention when he co-wrote Conversations in the Dark with John Legend. It is the lead single from Legend's Grammy-winning album Bigger Love in 2020, which also earned Peña a Grammy nomination.
