Joe Jonas is no stranger to sharing the more unpolished sides of his life.

During a recent appearance on the Are You Okay? show, the 36-year-old pop singer-actor revealed that he once joined the mile-high club, and managed to make it even more memorable with a slip-up.

In the on-camera interview, Joe Jonas explained:

“I was wearing contacts. I left the bathroom. I thought I was high-fiving my drummer. After the high-five, I realized it was the flight attendant.”

Joe Jonas admitted it was an “embarrassing moment,” but quickly clarified that the experience happened on a private plane. He quipped:

“[Otherwise,] I would be banned from flying."

When asked whether the risky move was “worth it," Joe Jonas didn’t hesitate:

“Yeah!”

Fans quickly took to social media after Joe Jonas shared details about his daring experience.

Meanwhile, in the same street interview, Joe was also asked what people don't know about him when looking at him, and the Sucker hitmaker answered:

"I have 67 stitches between my eyebrows."

This surprised the host, as it turned out he had been sewn up after a serious incident.

"I was on a Hannah Montana tour. We were filming. Part of the video was me running through a wall and being like, 'Guys, I can run through walls. You got to come see this!' I tripped on a shoelace, and cut my face open, got rushed to the hospital. I had surgery 'til, like, three in the morning."

Joe is currently on his Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour with brothers Kevin and Nick. The tour will run until November.
