BTS' Jimin recently came into the news after CORTIS’ recent Weverse livestream. The emerging boy band shared their encounter with the BTS idol. Martin of CORTIS revealed that once he met Jimin in the elevator when he was alone. He shared how the WHO singer cheered him up. Jimin said:
"You're doing great! Fighting!"
Fans of BTS' Jimin were touched to hear about this gesture of their beloved idol. As a result, his followers swamped social media with their love and admiration for Jimin. One of them on X wrote:

CORTIS’ James revealed BTS' Jimin as his mother’s favorite during a recent interview
Earlier in their interview with Weverse magazine, CORTIS member James shared that his mother is a fan of BTS, particularly Jimin,
"My mom’s actually a fan of BTS—especially Jimin (laughs)—so when I joined the label and first saw him, it didn’t feel real and was just so amazing. I ended up slated to debut as soon as I joined BIGHIT MUSIC, but living with the rest of the group was a whole new experience for me."
James also revealed that BTS’ Jimin and Michael Jackson have been his role models. He added that he decided to give an audition after watching Jimin’s solo track Serendipity.
