On September 22, South Korean outlet Naver published an interview with AHOF’s JL Gaspar where he revealed BTS' Taehyung as his role model. The member of rookie boy band, AHOF, mentioned that the BTS idol is his role model, alongside a few artists like Stray Kids’ Hyunjin, EXO’s D.O., and NCT’s Ten. JL Gaspar said:
“BTS ‘ V , Stray Kids' Hyunjin , EXO's D.O. , and NCT's Ten. They're all so talented, so I want to learn as much as I can from them. Today, I watched D.O.'s video and practiced my vocals.”
Fans of BTS’ Taehyung were delighted to learn that a young artist looked up to V as his idol. Therefore, fans flooded the internet with their reactions for both AHOF’s member and Kim Taehyung. One of their fans on X wrote:

JL Gaspar has shown respect for BTS member in past interviews
This isn’t the first occasion of AHOF member showing love and respect for BTS' Taehyung. In another past interview, Gaspar named V when asked about the artist he respected most.
“V, a senior from BTS, is the reason I started dreaming of becoming an idol. He is a legendary idol and a good person, so I admire him” Gaspar replied.
AHOF is a boy band from South Korea that was created through the Universe League reality competition show on SBS TV. The nine members of the group—Steven, Jeongwoo, Woongki, Han, JL, Shuaibo, Juwon, Chih En, and Daisuke—are under the management of F&F Entertainment. They made their stage debut this year with the extended play Who We Are on July 1.
