Jack Osbourne, in a September 2 Instagram story, called Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters "pathetic and out of touch" after the latter, while speaking to The Independent Ink, said that he "couldn't care less" about the late Ozzy Osbourne's music.

Waters, while speaking to the outlet, said,
"Ozzy Osbourne, who just died bless him in his whatever that state he was in his whole life. We'll never know, we didn't, you know. Although he was all over the TV for hundreds of years with his idiocacy and nonsense. The music, I have no idea. I couldn't give a f***."
Waters then added,
"I don't care about Black Sabbath, I never did. I have no interest in biting the heads of chickens or whatever they do. I couldn't care less, you know."
Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025. In January 1982, Osbourne, during his Diary of a Madman tour at the Des Moines Memorial Auditorium, bit a bat's head off after an audience member chucked it onto the stage. Osbourne at the time didn't know that it was a real live bat.
"How pathetic and out of touch you've become" - says Jack Osbourne to Roger Waters
After Ozzy Osbourne's son, Jack Osbourne, got wind of Roger Waters' comments about his late father, he took to Instagram to bash the singer and said,
"Hey @rogerwaters F**k you. How pathetic and out of touch you've become. The only way you seem to get attention these days is by vomiting out bull**** in the press. My father always thought you were a c*** - thanks for proving him right. (clown face emoji)"
In another Instagram story, Jack wrote, "#f***rogerwaters."
This isn't the first time Roger Waters has butted heads with the Osbourne family. In October 2023, Ozzy's wife, Sharon Osbourne, said that Waters is always joking about Jews.
During an appearance on the British show, The Talk, she spoke about Waters and alleged that Waters had repeatedly made antisemitic comments.
"I'm a Jew and I know him. I know his reputation that precedes him in our industry. He laughs, and he's always telling jokes about jews, always making comments about money, the cliche, you know, old time opinion."
Sharon then joked that Waters has "really lost the plot" and that he should try to take himself to an old people's home and leave the Jewish community alone.
