South Korean singer Park Soo-young, commonly known as Joy, drops the music video teaser of her brand-new song Love, Splash from her first mini-album, From Joy, with Love. According to Billboard Philippines, SM Entertainment announced on August 3, 2025, that one of Red Velvet's lead singers, Joy, is set to make her debut as a solo artist with her first mini-album titled From Joy, with Love. While her album is scheduled to be released on August 18, 2025, the complete tracklist is yet to be revealed. However, the title track of Joy's mini-album has been recently released in a music video teaser, and the internet happened to love it, as they shared their reactions about it on social media platforms.
Born on South Korea's Jeju Island and raised in Seoul, the 28-year-old Joy, who became a member of Red Velvet in 2014, originally released her solo special album Hello in 2021. Joy, who, besides being a renowned and successful singer, is also an actress and a host.
