Chris Brown has been granted bail from his UK penitentiary, and he was welcomed back on Instagram by Justin Bieber. Following his bail release, Chris Brown immediately returned to social media with a post showing him disembarking from a private jet with the caption:
“Cook, remain humble.”
His post was filled with hundreds of messages of support, including one message from Justin Bieber. He extended his support to Brown by commenting:
"Welcome home."
Chris Brown and Justin Bieber’s relationship has gone on to make a lot of headlines over the years, with both men vocally expressing how much they like and respect one another. Brown has gone through legal troubles before as well, and Justin Bieber has supported him through all of that. Even though the artists haven’t made music together since 2019, they still keep a good relationship.
Justin Bieber's message of support also comes at a critical time for Chris Brown, who has his hands full with legal issues of late. Bieber has reportedly been going through mental and financial problems the past few years as well, but his support of Chris Brown makes clear how close they are as friends.
Conditions of Chris Brown's bail
Chris Brown was granted bail by a UK court recently after he posted a bail reported to the tune of $6.7 million. The legal troubles currently surrounding Brown come in the wake of his arrest last week after he was accused of assaulting music producer Abe Diaw during a heated incident in February 2023. Surveillance footage reportedly captured the incident as well, which complicated the arguments for bail, considering the severity of the allegations involved.
This had cast doubts on Chris Brown's scheduled Breezy Bowl XX tour, which is set to kick off on June 8 in Amsterdam. However, Brown's legal team fought tooth and nail to get the required clearances for his bail, albeit with a couple of strict stipulations. Apart from the bail amount, the artist will reportedly need to give his passport to the authorities unless it’s needed for travel purposes for shows. He will be back in court at London’s Southwark Crown Court on June 20.
The Breezy Bowl XX Tour by Chris Brown is now going forward as planned.
