Katy Perry is reportedly keeping love at bay following her split from Orlando Bloom.

A source close to the singer told People Magazine exclusively that the Dark Horse songstress is currently focusing on her Lifetimes Tour and motherhood. She shares a daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, with the actor, and she turns 5 years old this August 26.

"Katy isn't looking to date right now," the source said. "She's still in the middle of a tour; she's a single mom and navigating some major personal changes."

Katy Perry's rocky relationship with Orlando Bloom explored as songstress is reportedly "disappointed" with his post-breakup behavior:

Per the outlet, Katy Perry, 40, confirmed the split from Bloom, 48, in late June. The pair had dated on and off for nine years and gotten engaged beforehand. At the time, they issued a joint statement that read as follows:

"Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting." It continued, "They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect."

At the time, a source close to the pair told Us Weekly:

“Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable. It’s not contentious at the moment. Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.” The split was “a long time coming. [Things] have been tense for months,” the source said, adding, “[They] have been living apart since Katy has been on tour.”

Another source contributed some insight as well:

“Katy has been very busy working, and they are apart often. That has caused tension.” They added that despite their years-long engagement, they “never set a date for the wedding or got around to planning anything, and Orlando is ‘over it.’” They continued, “They are still very much in touch and co-parenting Daisy together. Orlando brought Daisy to meet Katy on tour before heading to the Bezos wedding. It’s not messy between them.”

At the time, the source also clarified that the parents are not shifting things up too much for their daughter's sake, noting that they will continue to live their lives in Montecito, California, for her. Around the same time, another source told People Magazine,

"Katy has every intention of maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with Orlando. He's the father of their daughter and that will always come first for her. They've been through a lot together and while they've decided to go their separate ways, there's still a mutual respect between them. They're still very much in touch and co-parenting Daisy together. For the sake of their daughter, they're committed to keeping things amicable."

Blast reported early last month that in the wake of their split, Katy Perry has been unhappy with the way her ex-fiancé has been acting. Sources close to her slammed the actor for behaving like "an acting-up adolescent," claiming that it left the songstress "disappointed and sad."

The pair met at an after-party for the Golden Globes in 2016. Per People Magazine, Katy Perry recounted their first meeting during an episode of American Idol:

"I met my boyfriend over In-N-Out. We were at the Golden Globes and we weren't together. So I had my security guard grab 10 In-N-Outs and all of a sudden I see my boyfriend's hand — he wasn't even sitting at our table — he just swoops in and he grabs it and I was like, 'Hey that's my burger!' "

By May that year, they made things Instagram official when they attended the Cannes Film Festival together. By February of 2017, they split for the first time.

"We're friends, it's good," Bloom said of his split with Katy Perry in April 2017. "We're all grown up. She happens to be someone who is very visible, but I don't think anybody cares about what I'm up to. Nor should they. It's between us. It's better to set an example for kids and show that [breakups] don't have to be about hate."

In September 2018, it was seemingly back on for Katy Perry and her former beau, as they were seen making their debut at the Gala for the Global Ocean at the Opera of Monte-Carlo in Monaco. In 2019, on Valentine's Day, Bloom asked her to marry him. They welcomed their daughter in August 2020.
