BTS' Jungkook recently created another record as he gained 800 million streams on Spotify in 2025 so far. The BTS maknae turned out to be the first K-Pop soloist in Spotify history to surpass the stated streaming mark across four separate calendar years.

Meanwhile, the BTS idol's leading album GOLDEN recently grabbed news. Jk's debut solo album gained recognition after being named one of the 2025 Met Gala-worthy albums on Apple Music. BTS' Jungkook's maiden standalone record, GOLDEN, is the only album by an Asian artist in Spotify record to have numerous songs with over 800 million streams. Songs with over 800 streams are:

Jungkook’s album achieved a significant milestone in the music industry by surpassing Michael Jackson's album Thriller in the ranking of most-streamed albums on Spotify. The GOLDEN album is currently at #142, while MJ's Thriller has the #143 position. The BTS idol released his inaugural independent album, GOLDEN, in 2023, whereas MJ's classic record, Thriller, launched in November 1982.
