LeBron James and Drake's beef takes another turn after the basketball legend was spotted grooving to Kendrick Lamar's Drake diss track, Not Like Us, in France.

The Daily Mail has reported that James was seen rapping and dancing to the track with Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez in Cannes. He is currently with his wife on vacation, and in videos going viral online, the 40-year-old and his wife can be seen walking out of the venue the second the song switches to one of the Canadian rapper's.

For the unversed, Not Like Us features heavy accusations about Drake being a "certified pedophile." It ravaged the internet when it came out last year and has been a chart-topping hit since then. As for the NBA legend, he and Drake were once friends, though after Lamar's diss track dropped, their bond went sour.

Drake and LeBron James's beef explored:

Drake and LeBron James had been friends for years, with the former even sporting a tattoo of the four-time NBA champion. However, as soon as the tensions between him and Lamar broke out, James stayed notoriously silent, despite his highly-publicised friendship with the Canadian rapper.

Things took a turn for the worse when, during Kendrick Lamar's Juneteenth Pop Out concert last year, LeBron James was seen vibing to the tracks alongside other celebrities like The Weeknd, DeMar DeRozan, and Tyler, The Creator. Drake caught wind of it, and shortly after, replaced his tattoo of James with that of Canadian star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

In recent months, he dropped a surprise diss track, What Did I Miss?, during one of his livestreams, which marked the first release off his ICEMAN project. Eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out that the track could be a sneak diss at the Los Angeles Lakers player. One of the bars reads:

I saw bro at the Pop Out with them but been d**kriding gang since ‘Headlines’.”

In more recent news, however, LeBron James' future with the Lakers hung in the air for a while, concerning his fans. However, as reported by The Daily Mail, he is sorted for the next year in the NBA after he exercised his $52.6million player option for the upcoming season.

Recent reports suggested that there were "four teams" interested in trading with the Lakers for the player, including the Dallas Mavericks, Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Los Angeles Clippers. However, as reported by The Athletic, both the Lakers and his close ones 'expect that he will be with the organization for training camp once the season begins this fall.'
