“Mid line up this year again”: Fans react as Ed Sheeran, Tate McRae, and Maroon 5 are announced as 2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival headliners

The 2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival is set to return on September 19 and 20 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, featuring a diverse lineup of established and rising stars.

Artists confirmed to perform include Tate McRae, Jelly Roll, Mariah Carey, Ed Sheeran, and Maroon 5. The festival will also showcase performances from Bryan Adams, Feid, John Fogerty, GloRilla, Sammy Hagar, Justice, Lil Wayne, Tim McGraw, LL COOL J, and The Offspring.


2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival: Where to watch

Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the festival will broadcast live across more than 150 iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide.

For the first time, Hulu will serve as the official streaming platform, providing exclusive live streams of each night’s performances to subscribers.

Tickets go on sale to the general public starting Friday, June 13, at 2 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. PT via AXS.com. Capital One cardholders will have early access to presale tickets beginning June 11.

Capital One cardholders will also have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive Access Pass, granting entry to a pre-show party featuring private performances by LL COOL J on Friday and Jelly Roll on Saturday, complete with food and drinks.

Throughout the summer, iHeartMedia listeners can enter to win exclusive trips to Las Vegas, adding an extra incentive to tune in.

The festival is executive-produced by John Sykes, Tom Poleman, and Bart Peters of iHeartMedia and Diversified Production Services (DPS), with iHeartMedia overseeing the livestream and video-on-demand special on Hulu.


Fans express mixed reactions to 2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival lineup

Following the announcement, social media lit up with fans sharing a wave of mixed reactions to the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival lineup.

“Why all these guys with dead music careers?” @ThreadedVoice questioned.
“Where is Ariana, Selena, Taylor, Sabrina??? No one is watching this i fear,” @SGxTS_abhay wrote.
“The lineup feels like someone hit shuffle on a 2005–2025 playlist and just said “good enough. Where’s the spark?” @PowerWithin369 commented with eye emoji.
“Nobody is going to go watch a bunch of Hasbeens,” @BabiOpm claimed.
“Mid line up this year again besides mariah carey and tate,” @babycowsboylol said.

Others, however, showed their support, sharing excitement and anticipation for the upcoming music festival.

Meanwhile, organizers have teased that more performers will be revealed as the festival date approaches.
