Momma 2026 debut Australian tour: Presale, dates, venues, and more explored

Brooklyn-based indie rock band Momma have officially announced their first-ever Australian tour. The run is scheduled to take place in January 2026. It will see the band visit three cities: Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Momma have been touring across North America, Europe, and Asia in 2025. Their fourth studio album, Welcome To My Blue Sky, was released in April 2025. It followed their relatively well-received 2022 release, Household Name. During the 2026 AU trek, Melbourne duo Armlock will serve as the supporting act.

Armlock is made up of Lam and Mitchell. The band expressed their excitement about supporting Momma, writing,

"Going on tour with Momma!! Cannot wait for this."

Momma announced the upcoming 2026 AU run via an official Instagram post, which read:

"Finally!! Coming to Japan and Australia next year :) So excited to have @armlock444 playing with us in Australia 🫂🍻 Tix for our Tokyo show on sale on 9/20 at 10 am JST. Tix for the Australia shows on sale 9/5 at 1 pm AEST"

Momma was initially formed around the songwriting partnership of Etta Friedman and Allegra Weingarten. They have toured alongside acts such as Weezer, Alex G, beabadoobee, and Wet Leg. The group also appeared at festivals like Coachella and Primavera Sound.
