Hailey Bieber is still a fan of Justin Bieber and SZA, despite having him as her husband.
The Rhode founder took to her Instagram Stories to share a clip of the two musicians delivering an eclectic performance on stage at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on May 23, as the 35-year-old five-time Grammy nominee's Grand National Tour rages on.
In the clip, the pair can be seen performing Snooze for what was Justin Bieber's surprise performance, which also featured Kendrick Lamar. Hailey, 28, who shares son Jack Blues with the former child star, 31, captioned the clip:
"My 2 favorite artists."
Everything we know about Justin Bieber's performance with SZA as they flirt on-stage:
As reported by People Magazine, SZA and Kendrick Lamar are currently on the road for their Grand National Tour, which kicked off this April. Justin Bieber's surprise performance follows suit with Lizzo, who pulled a similar stunt just days ago for a remix of Special.
As for the Baby singer, the last time he performed in front of a packed stadium was in 2024, when he made a surprise appearance at Coachella, The Hollywood Reporter has pointed out. The year before that, Bieber and SZA dropped their music video for Snooze.
Billboard has reported that Justin Bieber is currently working on new music. On stage, he sported an all-black ensemble, complete with a Balenciaga jacket. He engaged in flirtatious exchanges with SZA as they exchanged verses, with the former even caressing her hand several times.
His performance comes just one day after Hailey Bieber took to Instagram to celebrate their son, Jack, turning 9 months old.
"My sweet baby is 9 months old today," she captioned a B&W photo of Jack sitting on the floor, facing the other way.
The pair tied the knot back in 2018, and back in August 2024, announced that they would be welcoming their son soon. At the time, Hailey Bieber gushed over her “beautiful” family in a Vogue interview, where she also reflected on the perils of her marriage constantly being in the limelight:
“Well, I thought seven years in it would’ve already, and it hasn’t," she said at the time when asked if she thought the hate online would eventually calm down. "You would think after having a child, people would maybe move on, chill out a little bit, but no." Hailey added, “So I guess these b*tches are going to be mad.”
Billboard has reported that SZA and Kendrick Lamar are expected to perform one final show at SoFi Stadium this Saturday.
