Kpop group NCT Dream announced a comeback with ‘Go Back To The Future.’

K-pop group NCT Dream, which is a sub-unit of Neo Culture Technology under SM Entertainment, is gearing up for a much-anticipated comeback. The seven-member group, with members Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Chenle, Jaemin, and Jisung, will be releasing their new album Go Back To The Future on July 14 at 6 p.m. KST.

Along with the date and concept, which seems to be inspired by the classic 1989 film Back to the Future Part II, they have released an “Ultimate Hoverboard” teaser. The clip features graphics of a hoverboard, which could be a nod to their debut days as the boys, back then mere teenagers, who would often be spotted practising, going around and even performing on hoverboards. Along with the visuals, there is also an EDM-esque beat, which is very much in line with the group's "colours" or identity.

Between the reference to Back to the Future Part II, EDM beats, and a flying hoverboard graphic, the boys seem to be leaning towards a futuristic concept for this era. Their upcoming tour, The Dream Show 4: Dream The Future tour, is also heavily leaning on the space age and chromatic aesthetic, with the colours, fonts and more elements of the branding language.

This album marks their first record since 2024’s DREAMSCAPE, but not much else is known yet about this comeback.

Following that, they will be visiting Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, and Kuala Lumpur, with additional dates and shows further on, making this a busy time for the boys.
