T-Pain is hinting at a possible retirement from music.
The Grammy-winning rapper took to social media to drop a video that has fans afraid. In it, the pioneering artist reflected on a "big decision" he would have to make after giving fans "everything" throughout his 20 years in the industry. The Buy You a Drank rapper also said he would be taking a step back before he thanked his fans for "making this a great ride."
"I gave you all everything for 20 years. I'm grateful to each of you for making this such a great ride," he penned in the caption on X. "Right now I just need some time to think about what’s next and what’s best for me (peace sign)."
The 43-second video itself was a montage of his life's biggest moments, including when he won his two Grammys and his time on The Masked Singer, interspaced with clips of him walking to the windowpane and peering outside as he sips on his drink solemnly. The captions in the video note that he is "talking [the decision] over" with his "family and team," before adding that "this might be it."
