BTS' Jungkook’s solo album also surpassed 6.2 billion streams recently
The BTS idol’s one and only solo album GOLDEN recently surpassed 6.2 billion streams on Spotify. With this new achievement, Jk’s record became the first and the only album by Asian solo artist as well as the fastest album by an Asian Act to reach the feat.
The idol came out with GOLDEN in November 2023. BIGHIT Music detailed the essence of BTS' Jungkook’s album in the following words:
“GOLDEN reflects on the golden moments of Jung Kook as a solo artist. The new album features a total of 11 tracks including previously released global smash hits 'Seven (feat. Latto)', in both clean and explicit versions, and '3D (feat. Jack Harlow)', as well as the main track 'Standing Next to You' and seven brand new tracks.”
