Steve Gunn 2025-26 'Daylight Daylight Tour': Ticket info, dates, venues, and more explored

American singer-songwriter and guitarist Steve Gunn has officially announced a new international run of shows. It has been titled "Daylight Daylight Tour."

The trek will kick off in September 2025 and wrap up in early 2026. Steve Gunn will cover the United States, Europe, the UK, and Canada. The run also coincides with the release of Gunn's upcoming album, Daylight Daylight. The record is officially slated to be released on November 7, 2025, via No Quarter.

This tour announcement comes weeks after Steve Gunn released Music for Writers, which is his first solo instrumental record. It was dropped in August 2025.

Steve Gunn took to his official Instagram profile to announce the upcoming trek, captioning:

"Steve Gunn "Daylight Daylight" CD/ LP/ Digital. Steve Gunn will release his 7th studio record, the first in 4 years, and first for No Quarter, on November 7th! From the press notes: With Daylight Daylight, Gunn wanted to capture something of the intimacy of playing solo, the sense of possibility and discovery that sparks when he sits down to write, while also creating a rich sonic world for the listener to inhabit."

The post continued:

"Rather than pulling together a band to flesh the songs out, as he has done on previous albums, he enlisted a single primary collaborator: producer @james.elkington, an old friend and longtime collaborator (who also produced Gunn's 2019 album The Unseen In Between). Steve Gunn's Daylight Daylight Tour will bring the artist to festival stages, clubs, and other theaters. The shows will begin in the U.S. Midwest, move across the UK and Europe, and then return to North America for late 2025 and January 2026 stops on both coasts.
