BLACKPINK will be in your area soon with their upcoming collaboration.

Fanatics, Complex, and Mitchell & Ness are concocting the ultimate music takeover with K-pop sensation BLACKPINK. According to YG Entertainment, the official agency behind the quartet, they shared a billboard-style teaser of this upcoming collab, which is called <BLACKPINK IN YOUR AREA> League Collection.

Complex Networks is a Media company for youth culture based in New York City and covers emerging trends in style, sneakers, food, music, sports, and pop culture. Fanatics, Inc. is a global digital sports platform founded by Michael Rubin and consists of several businesses, including sports merchandise, trading cards and collectibles, sports betting and iGaming, live events, and more. The third party in this partnership is the renowned platform for retro sports apparel and headwear, Mitchell & Ness, which offers unparalleled quality, authentic sports apparel, and timeless style, making the three giants of their own industries the unlikeliest yet perfect partners for this rollout.

Not much else is shared about the collection except that it is coming soon to Complex.com, Fanatics.com, the Fanatics app, and MitchellandNess.com. There will also be two special pop-ups of the collection for fans to check out the merch in person. One will be held in Fairfax in Los Angeles, from July 11-13, while another will take place in Broadway in New York, from July 25-27.

Fans react to Blackpink's League collection

Fans are left disappointed after hearing about this collection drop. While some Blinks have been patiently anticipating the group's new album or upcoming music, others were surprised by the idea of the collaboration.

One Blink expressed, "oh we’re gonna have the sports fans streaming BLACKPINK’s next comeback WE WON!"
Another commented with desperation, "nobody asked for this. give us an album with 67 tracks"

One user shared their frustrations with the group's lack of consistent content, especially compared to other K-pop groups.

"I bet you'll lose much money this year. I hope blink not refund the tickets if you not give us comeback when the 'mega concert' begin, loyality also have a limit YG."

K-pop groups are used to pumping out at least one comeback every 6-12 months.

Another shared the same concerns," MORE THINGS TO WASTE MONEY BUT NO MUSIC, LOL. YOU REALLY DON'T CARE BLINK EITHER BLACKPINK"
While one person sarcastically said, "blackpink is still a musical artist, right? how about you tell us about the MUSIC?????"

The group just recently dropped the trailer/teaser of their upcoming "Deadline World tour," which will happen next summer, making it the third worldwide concert tour and the fourth overall tour for the girl group.
