The internet is reacting to Yung Miami's accusations of plagiarism against Tyla.
The songstress took to X to release a string of accusatory tweets against the South African hitmaker, claiming that she stole her song Chanel. In her tweets, she alleged that she first played the song for Tyla, who then allegedly stole some bits for her hit song Water.
However, the internet is unamused. Scores are accusing Yung Miami of trying to stir up drama, such as this one user who penned on X:
“It’s always ‘she stole my song’ until the receipts drop.” We’ve seen this movie a hundred times and it never ends well for the accuser.'
See how the rest of X is reacting:
"she ended her with her own song i’m crine," someone quipped.
"Not Yung Miami beefing with someone who actually sings. this might be the first R&B vs. Rap Girl crossover nobody asked for," another remarked.
"Someone put a gun on her head and ask her how many chanel songs are out there? BANG!" one more chimed in.
"I like you Careesha but NTM on TYLAA! You fighting over a reference track? It was a business move! You think Tyla just upped and took "your sh*t" ?? B*TCH... let me goo.." a fourth user penned.
Even more chimed in to react:
"Similar lyric, different song. How many songs in history have had the lyric "Hold me tight."? DOZENS," one user pointed out.
"I’m sure Tyla has nothing to do with this misunderstanding, it has to be the people behind the scenes," another surmised.
"The song wasn't good in the first place. Imagine Tyla signing your lyrics and still doesn't make sense... That means it's finished," someone else dissed.
"im not even trying to be mean when i say this but caresha for the love of the gp sybau cause you aint doin nothin ppl want to copy," yet another ridiculed her.

In her string of tweets. Yung Miami penned:
"This girl really ran off with my song and ion know how to feel about it mind you I played this song for this girl." She added, "Like.... B*tch I'm confused!"
When fans were confused about whom she was referring to, she said:
"PSA - It is Tyla! She has a new song called Chanel. The chorus is "Put me in Chanel, Put me in Chanel." She doubled down, "Let’s talk about it!!!!!"
When some folks urged her to drop the full track and others accused her of taking too long to release it, she said:
"Don’t matter it’s my mf song!!!"
As of this writing, it remains unclear if Yung Miami will take Tyla to court. The latter has yet to respond to these claims.
