Yungblud is opening up about the valuable advice Ozzy Osbourne gave him before his shocking demise.

The "Abyss" singer and longtime fan of the late Black Sabbath frontman, sat down for an appearance on Steve-O’s Wild Ride! podcast on Thursday, September 4. During the segment, he opened up about some advice Osbourne had given him ahead of his demise:

“The most beautiful thing he ever said to me was, ‘Never compromise. They’ll get it later,'” the 28-year-old said. "A lot of people always had an issue with my energy," he said. "People would think I'm too nuts. I think when someone's crazy... people find it hard to believe that I'm actually like this all of the f---ing time."

Adding,

"After kicking it with Sharon [Osbourne], she said he saw a little bit of himself in me. Not because we make the same music. Just, because we're f---ing a bit nuts. We're f---ing crazy. And then ever since we became really close."

During his latest podcast appearance, Yungblud, born Dominic Harrison, went on about Ozzy Osbourne, who died at the age of 76 on July 22, gave him.

"When you've loved someone your whole life and then you get to know them and they are, I don't know, pure and beautiful and exactly what you wanted but even more, it's f---ing cool."

Yungblud pays tribute to his late icon, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne:

Yungblud paid homage to the Prince of Darkness at the MTV VMAs, which were held on Sunday, September 7. He took to the stage with Nuno Bettencourt, Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, and Joe Perry, to perform a string of Ozzy Osbourne's greatest hits.

The group kicked things off with Dominic Harrison, 28, singing “Crazy Train" and “Changes," while Bettencourt strummed the guitar. Aerosmith then chimed in to harmonize with the former on “Mama, I’m Coming Home." Yungblud ended his performance with a nod to the singer as he exclaimed,

“Ozzy forever man!”

According to Consequence, the singer also sported the custom necklace Ozzy had given him at the latter's final performance, the “Back to the Beginning” concert, which took place in July.

The event took place just two weeks before Osbourne died, and was touted as his "final performance." Yungblud performed alongside him and the rest of Black Sabbath at Villa Park in Birmingham, England.

According to People Magazine, in a tribute post, the singer vowed to perform Black Sabbath's "Changes" each night "for the rest of my life."
