While Perry is currently busy with her The Lifetimes Tour shows in Australia, her fans are curious to know about her fortune. With decades of relentless hard work and major hits, she has amassed a net worth of $400 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's Montecito house has been rented out

In July 2020, The One That Got Away hitmaker bought the palatial house from Carl Westcott, as per People. She paid $15 million to own the 1930s property built on 2.5 acres. The 9,285-square-foot establishment has 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an infinity pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, kitchen, and a 3-bedroom guesthouse.

Though Katy Perry purchased the mansion to build it into her home with Orlando, the plan shifted when Westcott considered revoking the deal. It also led to a legal dispute.

The Wall Street Journal obtained property records stating that the Firework singer formally became the mansion's official owner last year in May, People cited.

In 2023, Katy Perry's attorney, Eric Rowen, released a statement to People, stating:

"Today’s proposed decision is clear — the judge found that Mr. Westcott could not prove anything other than he was of perfectly sound mind when he engaged in complex negotiations over several weeks with multiple parties to transact a lucrative sale of the property that netted him a substantial profit."

Eric further explained:

"The evidence shows that Mr. Westcott breached the contract for no other reason than he had changed his mind. We look forward to wrapping this matter up at the scheduled damage trial phase set for February 13 and 14, if not before."
