Elvis Presley would have turned 90 this year, and The Irish Star is reflecting on all the times the King went under the knife.

The music icon, renowned for his looks and charm, reportedly underwent surgery to enhance his looks, including his alleged webbed toes and dyeing his hair. Danny Smith, Presley's cousin and Billy's son, reflected on the late icon on his YouTube channel, Memphis Mafia Kid:

"Elvis had...I guess you could say facelift procedure done to his face and his eyes. I was talking to Mom and Dad about this the other night and verified it. And that actually he had I.T. done in Memphis and they actually went with him. So he did have a few things done. I mean, in my opinion, I don't see how something that is almost perfect needs to be messed with. He didn't need anything in my opinion."

Elvis Presley's alleged cosmetic procedures explored:

The Irish Star has reported that Billy Smith is the last surviving original member of the Memphis Mafia. In the past, he doubled down on his claims that Elvis Presley got a facelift, noting:

"He thought it made him look better and that he needed it. Elvis always tried to improve his looks."

He also claimed that he had dental caps installed and moles removed, in addition to going under the knife for a facelift twice, once in 1957 and another time in 1975.

“In 1956, Elvis had some moles that he didn’t like on his hand, wrist area and he had those removed. In 1957, he had the flare trimmed down in his nose and in 1975 he had cosmetic surgery," Smith claimed, according to the Daily Express. “Basically, a facelift and some things done to his face when Linda Thompson stayed with him at the hospital. And also my mom and dad stayed at the hospital with him. So I thought I’d share, those three true facts.”

According to the outlet, Billy Smith claimed Elvis Presley "thought it made him look better and that he needed it," noting that he always tried to work on his looks. Reflecting on the nose job he first got, Smith said:

“To me, it wasn’t a facelift. Elvis did not like the flare in his nose at that time, how wide it was. So he decided to have it trimmed down and that’s what they did…which made him look…god! I don’t know how you can look any better, but he did."

As for Elvis Presley choosing to dye his hair jet black, Billy said:

“The reason being someone told him his eyes were so blue and all that, [so] if he had dark hair it would make his eyes stand out.”

Express UK has reported that the late King's former girlfriend, Linda Thompson, confirmed these claims. She lived with Elvis Presley at Graceland from 1972 to 1976. Speaking with Reel Talker, Linda said:

“[He would use] hair spray and hair dye. He was more a natural blonde, a dirty blonde. He died his hair black for drama.” Speaking about his alleged webbed toes, she said, “He had twin toes, which meant that his second toe from the big toe and the third toe were conjoined up to what would be the knuckle. And I used to tease him a lot about having webbed toes! So he had twin toes. That’s something most people don’t know.”
