All eyes on J-Hope’s iced-out chain for the ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ final concert.

Ever since he has been back from his mandatory military service, BTS member J-Hope has been lighting the stage on fire with his ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ tour. From emotional moments to more seats being added after sold-out shows, Hobi has been taking off with his solo career, lying in wait for the rest of the members to get discharged.

The globally revered tour just held its last show at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Gyeonggi Province, back in his home country of South Korea. The show also coincidentally was on the 12th anniversary of BTS’ debut. Not only that, making the show even more special was when Jin and Jung Kook surprised fans by joining J-Hope onstage while RM, Jimin, V, and SUGA were spotted in the audience.

Besides the powerful vocals and performances, the oldest member of the global powerhouse group is also known for his quirky and edgy style. Keeping things simple on his last show, the idol was wearing a red graphic tee, his most seen color, with oversized denims and a brown braided belt, giving a casual yet quintessential street style look. However, what completely elevated the look was the giant, blinged-out, customized necklace.

The necklace features a thick chain holding an oversized pendant depicting a rabbit, his signature character, holding a star, along with the word HOPE under it. It's blinged out in silver, gold, pink, and blue colors. The intricate masterpiece was designed by Verdy, who is a Japanese-origin graphic artist. He was born in Osaka Prefecture before moving to Tokyo for work. In 2012, he worked as part of the illustrator and graphic design group VK DESIGN WORKS. However, today, he is known for his graphic art that makes waves in Tokyo’s street scene. He gained popularity all over the world with his two main projects, “Girls Don’t Cry” and “Wasted Youth.”

Verdy has also collaborated with other artists besides J-Hope, such as punk group Green Day, F1's Yuki Tsunoda, music producer and DJ Peggy Gou, and more. The design, though created by Verdy, was then turned into reality by celebrity jeweler Alex Moss New York. The jewelry brand has also worked with Verdy and his iconic designs before for artists like A$AP Rocky. Working exclusively with celebrities and brands, Alex Moss is the designer behind Hailey Bieber's iconic Bubble "B" necklace, Kali Uchis' Hello Kitty makeup mirror, and more.
