Travis Kelce is opening up about his favorite track from his bride-to-be, Taylor Swift's forthcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end sat down with his brother Jason Kelce for the latest episode of their New Heights podcast on Wednesday, August 27, when at one point, he revealed to the world which track he is most excited for on Taylor Swift's 12th studio album. He said:

"I’m gonna go ahead and just keep poking the bear to all the Swifties. I keep listening to this album. I know she mentioned that it’s gonna be a lot more pop beats, but it’s just still so poetic in her melodies and her references and stuff."

He continued, saying:

"It’s just so much fun to listen to, man. I’ve been dancing throughout the house."

Travis Kelce added:

"You can listen to it at any time of the day. It’s good stuff"

When Jason asked him to name-drop his favorite off the album, he jokingly said:

"I’m not a politician, Jason."

Travis continued:

"I think ‘Opalite’ might be my favorite, though... At least now, every time it comes on, I always catch myself."

Here are the names of the only 5 people who have heard Taylor Swift's newest project

Page Six and the Daily Mail have reported that Taylor Swift has only let five people in on her latest project, and Travis Kelce has confirmed that he is one of them. On Monday, an insider told the Daily Mail that:

“Everyone, from the writers, producers, studio engineers and studio interns went through a rigorous vetting process to make sure they could be trusted. Everyone was asked to sign ironclad NDAs and weren’t even allowed to discuss their contribution with family and friends. She really wants to keep it safe for her fans.”

As per Page Six, the songstress recorded her song in secret during her Eras Tour, flying in and out of Sweden with Max Martin and Shellback for the same. In addition to the two Swedish producers and Kelce, Taylor Swift's longtime publicist, Tree Paine, and an unidentified studio engineer have all been privy to the album.

The insider revealed:

“They used a program which indicates if files have been shared with anyone outside of that core group. She made her label wait to hear the album as she didn’t want any disturbances.”

In his New Heights episode, Travis Kelce said about the 12 songs on his fiancée's album:

“I’ve been fortunate enough to hear every single song on here, so I know they’re all 12 bangers. It’s a lot more upbeat and it’s a lot more, like, fun pop excitement. I think it’s a complete 180 from a lot of the songs on ‘Tortured Poets’ for sure.”

Zoë Kravitz, a close friend of Taylor Swift, also confirmed that she has "heard bits" of what is to come. During an interview for her forthcoming film, Caught Stealing, she said:

“It’s fantastic, of course. No skips."

The album continues to generate buzz online, with fellow actress Brooke Shields also echoing the excitement. In a post on Instagram, the legendary '80s icon shared a photo of herself, clad in a showgirl outfit, reminiscent of the cover art of The Life of a Showgirl. The post's caption read:

“Showgirl [handshake emoji] Pretty Baby. I’m ready for it, @taylorswift.”
