“You know who it is” - A$AP Rocky sports massive diamond—studded gold ring with Rihanna-shaped figure

Praise the Lord hitmaker Rakim Athelaston Mayers, commonly known by his stage name A$AP Rocky, walked the red carpet at the 2025 Met Gala, turning quite a few heads at the prestigious fashion event. The rapper got decked out in black, looking incredibly stylish, but what grabbed everyone's attention was his custom jewelry piece, which was a solid gold ring that imitated the shape of his partner Rihanna.

Rocky's custom gold statue ring that imitates the shape of the Umbrella singer was designed by Jason Arasheben, the owner of Jason by Beverly Hills. Interestingly, A$AP Rocky, as he gushed over the ornate piece of jewelry, the Fishion Killa rapper did not wear it while he walked the red carpet at the Met Gala.

The 36-year-old A$AP Rocky flaunted the custom Rihanna ring during his behind-the-scenes Met Gala photo session. As he admired the ring, which resembled his romantic partner Rihanna, the rapper said :

"You see this s*xy thing? My shorty got the little fatty on her too. You see that forehead? You know who it is."

Jason Arasheben's custom-made statue ring was a replica of the 37-year-old singer, wearing a strapless minidress covered with several diamonds. The statue's head was decorated with gold chain links that imitate long braids.

What did A$AP Rocky wear to the 2025 Met Gala?

The theme of the 2025 Met Gala drew inspiration from the guest curator Monica L. Miller's book, Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity, which was released in 2009. The Jukebox Joints hitmaker turned quite a few heads as he wore a Marmot-inspired parka, a large windproof jacket, over a suit.

He paired the dapper look with Oxford shoes that were designed by AWGE in collaboration with Christian Louboutin. Instead of wearing the custom-made Rihanna ring, the rapper wore and flaunted Bulgari rings with a brooch, a necklace, and several Bulgari stud earrings.

The 2025 Met Gala turned out to be a significant night for A$AP as he co-chaired the big event alongside Lewis Hamilton, Colman Domingo, Pharrell Williams, LeBron James, and Rihanna, who took the opportunity to reveal that she and Rocky are expecting their third kid.

The Harlem-based rapper, who has been in a long and steady relationship with Rihanna, is not legally married. Rocky and Rihanna have known each other for over a decade before getting into a romantic relationship in 2019. They have been together for over four years and share two sons, Riot and RZA.
