The Oasis reunion is finally happening. After a period of feuds and fan speculation, Noel and Liam Gallagher are coming back together for the Live ’25 tour. The tour is set to kick off on July 4, 2025, in Cardiff.

It will bring the beloved Britpop icons back to stadiums across the UK, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, NME reports. As Oasis is reforming after 16 years, it has been a matter of enthusiasm for fans to know who will be in the band.

According to NME reports, sources close to the band have reportedly disclosed to the news outlet about the musicians who will be joining the Gallagher brothers on stage.

The reported lineup of 2025 Oasis

As per the NME report, the 2025 Oasis lineup brings back some familiar names from the band's later years. However, there is one major change behind the drum kit. According to the NME report, the lineup is as follows:

  • Liam Gallagher – Lead vocals
  • Noel Gallagher – Lead guitar, backing vocals
  • Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs – Rhythm guitar
  • Gem Archer – Guitar
  • Andy Bell – Bass
  • Joey Waronker – Drums

Andy Bell is a key member of Oasis, who was with the band from 1999 to 2009. Andy replaced founding bassist Paul “Guigsy” McGuigan. Gem Archer joined Oasis in 1999 as well.

Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs is one of the original founding members of Oasis. He left the band in 1999 but has collaborated with Liam in recent times, NME suggests. Joey Waronker is an American drummer known for playing with Beck, R.E.M., and Thom Yorke’s Atoms for Peace.

The NME report insinuates that multiple former Oasis members have been reportedly left out of the reunion. They include:

  • Tony McCarroll
  • Alan White
  • Zak Starkey
  • Chris Sharrock

Liam Gallagher took to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle to mock the lineup rumors. He made a couple of X posts, in one of which, he also addressed NME, the outlet that first reported the lineup.

His post read:

"NME tell me who your source pots are that keep giving you info about OASIS and I’ll give you an exclusive interview about up n coming OASIS tour you can have it all but how much do you want it LG x"

He also penned:

"It’s not the lineup reveal I’m bothered about I’ll reveal that to you in a minute I’m more bothered about the line where it says a source close to the band and tour that really causes me a great deal of concern LG x"

Stereogum took to its official Instagram handle to share:

"‘NME’ has revealed the lineup for Oasis’ reunion tour"

Fans were quick to weigh in on the comment section of the post to share their excitement over the potential reunion lineup. Below are what some of them had to comment:

"Waronker is one of the best session/tour drummers on the planet. This is great news.", declared a fan.
"Joey Warnoker is a great drummer. And his sister is incredibly talented. Check out That Dog “Never Say Never” to hear them both.", added another.
"When i think of the gallagher brothers, i picture two little babies crying and waiting to be fed", opined a third.

Alongside the concerts, Oasis is also set to host official afterparties in Manchester's New Century Hall.
