ONEUS released their latest album, Dear.M, on January 14, 2025. The group is also set to release a new album, 5x, on June 30, 2025. The album is their comeback album.

ONEUS recently talked about their album, Dear.M, on January 14, 2025 at a cafe in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, during a roundtable interview, here quoted via AllKPop's article on the matter, also released on January 14, 2025. Group member Keonhee stated:

"Our fans have been eagerly waiting to hear us perform our past title tracks as the current lineup. After a member left the group, we felt it was important to re-record these songs that we cherish and love."

The singer continued:

"These are incredible tracks, but we noticed some fans feeling conflicted about fully embracing them due to past events. We wanted to present these songs in a way that everyone could enjoy them without hesitation, making them a gift for our fans."

Group member Leedo later added:

"When we first recorded these songs, we mainly focused on memorizing the lyrics. Now, we can approach the tracks with deeper emotions and deliver the lyrics with a natural flow. Our vocal abilities and emotional depth have improved over the years, so fans will notice subtle yet significant differences between the original and new versions."

ONEUS currently consists of Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, and Xion. The group is best known for their mini-albums, such as Malus and Trickster, and their debut album, Devil.

The group was formed by RBW, a South Korean entertainment company, and the company still operates the group. ONEUS is one of the company's several exclusive groups, alongside the likes of Purple Kiss and Onewe.
