Palm Tree Festival 2025 Napa Valley edition: Presale, lineup, & all you need to know

Palm Tree Festival 2025 Napa Valley edition is scheduled to be held on October 11, 2025, at The Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa Valley, California. The festival will feature performances by The Chainsmokers, Kygo, and Odd Mob, among others.

Presale for the festival is set to be held on July 17, 2025 at 10:00 am PST. Registration for the presale is currently ongoing from the official website of the festival and will end on July 17, 2025 at 10:00 PDT. General onsale will follow after the presale ends. Tickets are going to be on sale via Ticketmaster, and tickets bought from unofficial third-party retailers will not be valid.

The lineup for the Palm Tree Festival 2025 Napa Valley edition is as follows:

Palm Tree 2025 Napa Valley edition is being jointly organized by the main festival and Blue Note Napa. The festival is 18+ for general admission and 21+ for VIP and Palm Club. The festival will have ID checks, with valid ID proof details given on the website, which is quoted below:

"The acceptable forms of identification are government-issued photo IDs (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, etc..) that clearly has your photo, name and birth date. A student ID is not an acceptable form of identification."

The festival entrance will have metal detectors. Bags larger than "L14” x W6” x H14” are forbidden, and the festival states in its bag policy:

"We highly encourage our fans to leave their personal bags at home. Bag size guidelines will be enforced. All bags will be screened by Security prior to entry. All bags under L14” x W6” x H14” and bags accepted as medical bags will be subject to thorough screening, including the use of magnetic screening, which may delay entry."

The festival's Napa Valley Edition is located at The Meritage Spa and Resort, which is located at 878 Bordeaux Way, Napa, California 94558. The property is accessible via the San Francisco Airport (SFO) and Oakland Airport (OAK), among others.

Rideshare and parking spaces are available, and there will be a shuttle service provision. The festival will be a rain-or-shine event, and timings are from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM local time.

The Napa Valley Edition is the latest edition of the Palm Tree Festival to be announced for this year. The other editions for the festival this year include one in Sardinia, Italy (featuring Rampola, Dom Dolla, etc), Montecito (John Mayer and more), and St. Tropez (A$AP Rocky, Swedish House Mafia, etc).

The festival is an event organized by Palm Tree Crew, a company founded by Kygo and his manager, Myles Shear. Kygo recently talked about the festival in an exclusive interview with Rolling Stone on July 12, 2025, speaking about what the 'Palm Tree state of mind' and the Aspen edition, which was held in February 2025:

"I’ve been coming to Aspen playing shows at Belly Up & The X Games for many years before we started Palm Tree Festival Aspen. The town truly is a special place and showcases the Palm Tree state of mind isn’t tied to a season — it’s a way of life."

The DJ continued:

"The goal for Palm Tree Festival is always to create an unforgettable experience that brings together a community from across the globe."
