"Dresden, welcome to Park Waves 2024! Our band’s journey, marked by growth and vision, has always aimed towards launching our own festival. We’ve felt the connection and energy between our band and our fans, and now, we’re ready to take it to new heights. This festival is a celebration for everyone, where all are welcome and the vibes are high."

More on the Park Waves festival founders, Parkway Drive

Parkway Drive is a band from Byron Bay in New South Wales, Australia. The band was formed in 2003, and currently consists of Winston McCall, Jeff Ling, Luke Kilpatrick, as well as Jia O'Connor and Ben Gordon.

The band is a metalcore band, metalcore being a fusion of metal and punk music. The band released their debut album, Killing with a Smile, in 2005. Subsequently, Jia O'Connor joined as the final member of the band, replacing Shaun Cash on the bass.
