Rihanna has welcomed a new baby into her family. The Diamond crooner took to her Instagram on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to announce the birth of her third baby and first daughter. Sharing a picture of herself cradling her baby in her arms, Rihanna captioned the post:
“Rocki Irish Mayers Sept 13 2025,” she wrote, adding a pink bow.
Riri debuted her pregnancy at the 2025 Met Gala.
“It feels amazing, you know. It’s time that we show the people what we was cooking up. And I’m glad everybody’s happy for us ’cause we definitely happy, you know,” A$AP ROCKY told reporters on the red carpet.
Rock Irish Mayers was born on Saturday, September 13, 2025, to Rihanna and A$AP ROCKY. The couple also shares two other children, sons: RZA, born on May 13, 2022, in Los Angeles, and Riot, born on August 1, 2023.

Rihanna and A$AP ROCKY were friends for years before officially becoming romantic partners in 2020. In April 2022, Rihanna confirmed their relationship and described him as family during her Vogue cover feature story.
“He became my family in that time. People don’t get out of the friend zone very easily with me. And I certainly took a while to get over how much I know him and how much he knows me, because we also know how much trouble we can land each other in.”
The couple welcomed their first child, RZA, in 2022.
“I always thought it would be marriage first, then a baby, but who the f*ck says it has to be that way. I'm certainly not gonna let that get in the way of me being a mom,” she told the outlet.
“I don't know when I ovulate or any of that type of sh*t. We just had fun. And then it was just there on the test. I didn't waste any time. I called him inside and showed him. Then I was in the doctor's office the next morning and our journey began,” she added.
