Kanye West and Dave Blunt have collaborated recently, with Blunts recently writing for tracks such as Heil Hitler (now called Hallelujah) as well as the track World War.
It is unclear what the two were collaborating on at the moment when Blunts pulled out of the collaboration. Kanye West has not responded to the viral reactions as of the writing of this article.
Dave Blunts and Kanye West's falling out comes after Blunts had a full-blown social media feud with 50 Cent over his calling out West in a post. The back-and-forth escalated into personal threats at the end before fizzling out.
Kanye West and Dave Blunts first connected after Blunts went viral for a video clip showcasing him being led out with an oxygen tank. This prompted West to state in an X post in March 2025 that he wanted to put Blunts in touch with his trainer, to which Blunts agreed.
