TikTok has revealed its official list of the top ten songs that defined the Summer of 2025. According to the platform, these tracks dominated the app, serving as the soundtrack to millions of videos and capturing the vibe of the season..
The list features a diverse mix of artists from around the world, spanning genres and eras. It’s not just recent chart-toppers; tracks from the ’90s and early 2000s also made the cut. Leading the lineup is Jess Glynne’s timeless hit, Hold My Hand.
“I'm honestly buzzing that Hold My Hand has been named TikTok's Song of the Summer! This track is so close to my heart, and seeing it take on a whole new life with you all on TikTok has been surreal,” Jess Glynne said.
She added:
“Music has always been about connection for me, and knowing this song has soundtracked so many happy moments around the world… that's the most special feeling ever. It's the song that keeps on giving!”

Its recent resurgence is tied to the popular Jet2 Holiday ad, where it has become a perfect soundtrack for sun-soaked getaways.
