Ulcerate 2025 North American tour: How to get tickets, dates, venues, and more explored

New Zealand-based extreme metal band Ulcerate is officially set to return to North America in fall 2025. They are gearing up for a run across the United States and Canada.

The newly announced trek has been titled Through Ashen Hearts. It will kick off on October 24, 2025, in San Diego, CA, and wrap up on November 16, 2025, in Chicago, IL, covering 21 dates in total. For most of the trek, Portland black metal duo Spirit Possession will offer support on all but a few stops to Ulcerate during the trek.

This tour is being presented by Heavy Talent. It has been designed in support of Ulcerate's 2024 album Cutting the Throat of God, their seventh full-length release. The band's return to North America follows multiple years of limited appearances on the continent.

Ulcerate shared the tour announcement via their official Instagram handle, captioning:

Ulcerate was formed in Auckland in 2000. The trio is currently composed of Jamie Saint Merat (drums), Michael Hoggard (guitars), and Paul Kelland (bass, vocals). The band gained recognition with their 2009 release Everything Is Fire, and have since remained a known name in the underground metal scene.
