UMI 2025-26 "People Stores World Tour": Presale, dates, venues, and more explored

Seattle-based R&B singer and songwriter UMI has officially announced her "People Stories World Tour." The run will kick off this fall and continue through spring 2026 with stops in North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

The newly announced tour has been designed to support her latest album, People Stories. It was released on Epic Records, which was her major label debut. UMI began her journey by posting acoustic covers on YouTube and SoundCloud. However, copyright restrictions eventually pushed her toward writing original tracks. Her breakout single was "Remember Me" in 2018. So far, she has released multiple EPs, LPs, and singles.

UMI took to her official Instagram page to announce her 2025-26 global run. The post read:

"PEOPLE STORIES WORLD TOUR 📖 presale starts tomorrow 10 AM local 🩷 sign up to medallion for the pre-sale code (link in story + bio) general on sale this friday 9/5 ~"

Speaking about her latest album and its genre, UMI mentioned in a press statement:

"I have always loved AFROPUNK because AFROPUNK reminds me of Tumblr, [and] the old Instagram days, and current Instagram. But I just remember being in high school and seeing the posts of all the people who attended AFROPUNK and seeing all these fly-ass Black kids, and I just remember being like, Oh, I can be like that."

She also added:

"I would see the pictures of kids at AFROPUNK and I would be like, that's my people. There are other people like me who like to experiment with fashion and I think that was very healing and needed for me and it helped me feel less isolated growing up."

Presale and ticket info

To access UMI's 2025-26 tour presale, fans need to sign up via Medallion to access presale codes. Presale is all set to begin on Thursday, September 4, 2025, 10:00 AM local time.
