Put it on da Floor Again was written by Go Grizzly, Latto, Squat Beats, Pooh Beatz, Broderick Thompson Smith, Shawty Lo, Born Immaculate, Cardi B, Tre Trax, K-Rab, and SupaKaine. The song peaked at number thirteen on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Put it on da Floor Again received positive reviews from critics. Tom Breihan of Stereogum wrote,
