Dylan Marlowe was kicked out of the Country Jam USA festival by a security guard in Wisconsin on July 20, 2025. The singer was part of the festival lineup.
In order to clarify the things, Marlowe took to his social media accounts where he wrote that after his performance, he tried to enter the audience area to watch fellow country artist Jake Owen perform, but he was obstructed by the guard, who failed to recognize him and dragged him out.
He said in a TikTok video shared on July 20, 2025:
“Just trying to stay out of the way. Front of house was like this tower, so there’s like second story, first story of the booth. And so we’re up top watching, probably for 10 or 12 minutes. This dude comes up and he says, you know, we can’t be there.”
Dylan Marlowe documented the incident in a hilarious video, which has now been taken off his social media. In the clip, the security staff is seen holding him by his shirt from behind and escorting him out.

Why did Dylan Marlowe take off the hilarious video from his social media?
Dylan Marlowe decided to remove the video of him getting kicked out of Country Jam USA from his social media because he felt it was unfair to the festival. According to Parade, he choose he initially shared the clip on his social media accounts, but then, after removing it, he took to his TikTok to clear the air.
He began:
“I just want to hop on here and kinda clear the air a little bit of what I posted yesterday. I took the video down after sleeping on it and watching church this morning. I just decided that it wasn’t fair for that festival to have this video blowing up about their festival when it was really just one bad apple in the whole thing.”
Marlowe then went on to elaborate on the incident, and wrote that he and his friend Dave, who had two sets of passes, were “watching Jake [Owen’s] set, trying to stay out of the way” from the top of the house tower for 10 minutes when they were approached by security.
He said that despite their having access to the wristbands given to them by their tour manager, the man remained adamant in his statement and asked them to move out. Dylan Marlowe said that he suggested they watch the show from the pit. But he said they were avoiding it as it might have created a scene.
Explaining the incident further, he added:

“If we go into the pit during the middle of the day, it’s probably going to cause a little bit of a scene because we had just gotten off the stage and were wearing the same clothes. The last thing I want to do is make a scene during Jake Owen’s set because that, to me, is disrespectful.”
He continued to say that when they moved to a lower location, they were told by the same security guard to leave. At the end of his message, he said that although he had a heated exchange with the guard, he chose to forgive him.
