Ever since Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco announced their engagement back in December 2024, the couple has been revealing snippets of what their dream wedding would look like. In a TikTok video shared on her Rare Beauty’s official page, the Lose You To Love Me hitmaker shared what unconventional dessert she wants at her wedding.

The video began with the 33-year-old beauty mogul announcing that she wouldn't want an extravagant cake at her wedding with Benny Blanco. She revealed that even if a cake were present, it would be a small one for just the two of them.

“Whenever that day comes, I do know I don't want a big cake. I think I'd want a mini one for just the two of us that we can freeze.”

The singer, who was sitting on a burgundy couch while wearing a black top with a beige blanket over her legs, also shared what dessert she would appreciate at the wedding.

“My preferred dessert would be biscuit and gravy. My Nana’s biscuit and gravy, that sounds like a dessert to me.”

Selena Gomez celebrates her 33rd birthday

Selena Gomez marked her thirty-third birthday with a private party, surrounded by friends and loved ones. In celebration of the actress' special day, Rare Beauty shared short clips on its official TikTok page featuring Selena answering random questions.

In addition to talking about what dessert might and might not be available in her future wedding with music producer Benny Blanco, Selena also described what her childhood bedroom looked like.

“If you stepped into my childhood bedroom, you are going to see my little bed in the corner, posters. I had Britney, Jesse McCartney. I had Ice Cube. And a video camera because all I did was make audition tapes for no one because I loved the whole process.”

The Only Murders in the Building actress also shared one of the most surreal moments in her life. According to the singer, the moment happened during her 2016 concert in Montreal, Canada.

“I was doing a concert and in the middle of Who Says, most of the entire arena, held up these signs all at the same time. And it was one of the most surreal moments because the fans did that. And I just lost it because that song means so much to me and so much to a lot of people. That is and always will be one of my cherished moments.”

Selena Gomez also shared profound advice from her father, which has stuck with her all through her life.

“My papa would always tell me, ‘If you’re on time, you're already late.’ That's one of the reasons I get to places 30 minutes before I have to. That's been instilled in me forever, but it also has a comfort about it because it is something that makes me feel like I'm ready and prepared. I'm not rushed to go right into something.”
