For those who may not know, Charli XCX is not only a singer, but she has done a little bit of acting on the side. One of her latest side quests includes a role in the American comedy drama television series Overcompensating. She appears in Season 1 Episode 4 of the show titled 'Boom Clap,' which is also a nod to Charli's 2014 single.

In the series, Charli XCX plays herself. Her scene includes Benny (Benito Skinner) attending her concert, where the Von Dutch singer tells her audience:

"Someone in the crowd has a little secret, and I need all of you to help me spill it. So, when I say 'Benny,' I need you all to say 'likes boys'. Are you ready? Okay, here we go," Charli starts chanting, and the crowd follows her instructions by chanting back.

The scene was posted on Instagram by Benito Skinner himself, captioning it:
