Sean Diddy Combs has been accused of sexual abuse and violence in a new lawsuit by Deonte Nash. Deonte Nash is the former stylist of Cassie Ventura. He collaborated with her and Combs for several years, as well as having worked with Sevyn Streeter, Claire Sulmers, and more. Nash, alongside Marni Senofonte, made their perfect wedding dress.

He was one of the people who testified against Diddy in the criminal trial in May 2025. In that trial, Nash testified that Combs abused Ventura and forced her to participate in his 'freak offs.'

Nash also testified that Ventura was upset with Combs after she discovered him cheating on her with another woman. However, Nash noted himself to be a reluctant government witness and kept up a fairly cordial relationship with Combs even during the trial, keeping in contact via texts and messages.

However, Nash has aired further grievances against Combs in his new lawsuit, filed on September 24, 2025, in a Los Angeles case. Nash has accused the singer of sexual assault and violence. Nash's lawyers stated in the court filings, as per Billboard:

"Though defendants have silenced him for years, Mr. Nash is no longer willing to give in to this fear for his life and is now standing up to demand justice. Combs … subjected Mr. Nash to a decade of sexual and physical assault, sexual and verbal harassment, trafficking, degradation and humiliation, threats to his life and well-being, stalking, control, and psychological manipulation."

Nash also shared a statement with Rolling Stone on September 24, 2025:

"After enduring years of abuse, I finally found the courage during the criminal trial, and I am now ready to take action. Sean Combs has never taken accountability for the years of harm he inflicted on me and so many others. Today, I am free from the confinement his abuse imposed, and I have reclaimed my voice."

Nash continued:

"It is time for the world to confront the truth about the horrific abuse I endured and the lasting impact of Mr. Combs’ actions on my life. His abuse has consistently affected every part of my life, from my personal well-being to my career, and the damage cannot be ignored. I am reclaiming my story and demanding the justice I deserve."

Erica Wolff, the lawyer of Sean Diddy Combs, has refuted the claims of Nash regarding her client, stating:

Mr. Nash is another opportunist looking to profit off his proximity to celebrity. This complaint is riddled with falsehoods and stands in stark contrast to the record that has already been established in court...Mr. Nash’s tabloid-style accusations are insulting not only to Mr. Combs, but also to the countless individuals who worked honorably and professionally within his companies."

Diddy was acquitted of the more serious charges in the trial

Diddy was acquitted on his May trial on two charges, the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, while he was found guilty of two counts of transportation for prostitution. The two guilty charges still amount to nearly twenty years if the maximum charge is pursued.

Diddy's lawyers have requested that he be sentenced to no more than 14 months, which, if the judge agrees, could lead to the singer being released on time served. Diddy's lawyers argue that his reputation and legacy have already been destroyed by the trial and that he is under suicide watch as well as being under intense surveillance and threats of violence against him in prison.
