Young the Giant 2025 'In The Open' tour: Presale code, dates, venues, and more explored

Young the Giant is officially hitting the road in 2025 with a new approach to their live performance.

The band has announced the In The Open acoustic tour, which will take California-based Young the Giant across the United States from August to October 2025.

The tour will begin on August 15, 2025, at the Waikiki Shell in Honolulu, Hawaii. The run will wrap up on October 7, 2025, at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, where Saint Motel will join the lineup. Young the Giant will also see support from Cold War Kids. Cassandra Coleman will support on most other dates.

Young the Giant took to their official Instagram page to share the trek announcement. The post read:

"Introducing Young the Giant: In The Open, an intimate concert experience 🍃 We are so excited to be bringing the magic of In The Open to you in beautiful places across America. Sign up now for first access to tickets at the link in bio before they go on sale Friday, June 6 at 10a local time."

Young the Giant spoke about the choice to go acoustic in the following statement:

"There is something so thrilling about reimagining our music in a way that's more improvised, less controlled, and in a place you would nott expect. We are hoping to bring this feeling to you in our new tour Young the Giant: In the Open. While we can't play a full set for you under a bridge or on a cliffside, we hope these beautiful intimate venues will give you the same feeling.”
