All about Zara Larsson’s Midnight Sun tour

Zara Larsson announced her Midnight Sun tour in June this year to support her upcoming album of the same name, which will be released in late September. This will be her fifth concert tour.

The tour will start on October 28, 2025, in Munich, Germany, and will run through November 28, 2025, ending in Stockholm, Sweden. It will be covering major cities across Europe, such as Vienna, Berlin, Paris, London, Dublin, Manchester, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and more.

In a statement to Rolling Stone, Larsson said that the Midnight Sun album draws inspiration from her summer days in Sweden, where “the sun never goes down.”

She added:

“I wanted the whole album to feel like it’s a summer night and it never ends. And it doesn’t matter if it’s December: the summer night will be there for you. It’s waiting for you, it will come back for you, and you will come back for it.”

Larsson further said:

“Throughout Midnight Sun, I get to just capture that total Scandinavian vibe, which is something that I have grown up with — it’s a huge part of me, my happiest memories and my saddest ones, too."
" A part of my soul is a Swedish summer night. This record encompasses that, how life is so beautiful it makes you cry. It just feels like me—knowing myself, this album is just really, really me. And also. No one can do me the way I can.”

Born in 1997 in Stockholm, she first rose to fame at just 10 years old when she won Sweden’s Got Talent with a powerful rendition of Celine Dion’s My Heart Will Go On. Four years later, at 14, Zara Larsson signed with Ten Records, setting the stage for her official breakthrough in 2014.

In an interview with The Guardian, Zara Larsson revealed that she went to the Royal Swedish Ballet School. She said her mother always stood by her side in her career as she travelled around the world. She told the outlet:

“Sometimes I feel nostalgic for the start of my career, when everything was so pure. I was never questioning: how were people receiving my music, how much were they streaming it. It’s very hard not to judge your success by numbers.”

To date, the Swedish singer has released four albums, including 1 (2014), So Good (2017), Poster Girl (2021), and Venus (2024).
