The cast of Marvel's M.O.D.O.K includes One Life to Live alum Melissa Fumero (ex-Adriana Cramer), who will play a supervillain's teen daughter in the animated comedy geared toward adults.

One Life to Live alum Melissa Fumero (ex-Adriana Cramer) has risen in the ranks of coolness and now counts herself as an official part of the Marvel family. She joins several other notable stars in the upcoming Marvel TV and HULU series Marvel's M.O.D.O.K.

The animated comedy written for adults centers on Patton Oswalt as megalomaniacal supervillain M.O.D.O.K., who has long been trying to conquer the world. However, years of setbacks and failures fighting the earth's mightiest heroes have left M.O.D.O.K.'s evil organization A.I.M in shambles. Ousted as A.I.M.'s leader while also dealing with his crumbling marriage and family life, the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing is set to confront his greatest challenge yet: a midlife crisis.

Aimee Garcia has signed on to voice M.O.D.O.K.'s wife, Jodie, whose ambitions of pursuing her mommy-blog turned lifestyle-brand empire are thwarted by her dead-weight husband; Ben Schwartz has signed on to voice the couple's confident but strange son Lou; and Fumero will play the couple's 17-year-old daughter, Melissa, a Heathers-like queen bee of the school and star teen figure skater who yearns for her father's approval.

Other stars who have signed on for the Marvel series include Wendi McLendon-Covey, Beck Bennett, Jon Daly, and Sam Richardson.

"SO EXCITED to finally be able to share this news!!" Fumero shared on Twitter. "This cast is SO amazing and I am so stoked to be a part of it!!"

OLTL alum Eddie Alderson (ex-Matthew Buchanan) obviously approves of his former costar's new gig, sharing, "Yeah, I have a secret handshake with this badass...what of it??"

Marvel's M.O.D.O.K is set to debt later this year. Says series executive producer and showrunner Jordan Blum via Marvel, "I'm blown away by our insanely talented and hilarious voice cast, who have all brought their specific kind of magic to this weird and wonderful corner of the Marvel Universe."

Fumero's Marvel series news isn't the only exciting thing happening in the actress' life at the moment. As Soap Central previously reported, she and her husband, David Fumero (ex-Christian Vega, OLTL), are expecting their second child. The arrival of the couple's baby will likely be happening soon, as the proud mom teased in November that she was "hella pregnant."

Melissa Fumero stepped into the role of OLTL's Adriana in 2004 and played the character until 2008, though she returned for a short arc in 2010 to help usher in the return of Gina Tognoni as Kelly Cramer. After leaving Llanview, Fumero went on to do a short arc on Gossip Girl before landing the lead role of Amy Santiago in Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
