2025 KBS Drama Awards: Complete list of nominees and winners explored

The 2025 KBS Drama Awards happened on December 31, 2025, at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. The ceremony was hosted by Jang Sung-kyu, Nam Ji-hyun, and Moon Sang-min.

Grand Prize or Daesang

The 2025 KBS Drama Awards' Grand Prize was jointly awarded to Ahn Jae-wook and Uhm Ji-won for their performances in For Eagle Brothers. It was the first Daesang win for both actors at the KBS Drama Awards. Ahn Jae-wook said,

"I always thought that the Grand Prize was an award that had no connection to me, but this day has come for me as well."

Uhm Ji-won added:

"I will become an actor who understands the weight of the role and grows even more."

On the other hand, Lee Young-ae and Kim Young-kwang received Top Excellence Awards and also won the Best Couple Award. Kim Young-kwang commented during the ceremony,

"I think I would believe the senior even if she becomes a cult leader. Her voice really inspires trust."

Kim Young-kwang also won the Top Excellence Award for his portrayal of Lee Kyung. In his acceptance speech at the 2025 KBS Drama Awards, he said,

"I poured my heart into playing Lee Kyung in Walking On Thin Ice. I am deeply grateful to Director Song Hyun-wook, Writer Jeon Young-shin, the filming team, and all staff who supported my acting."
