Apple Music Replay 2025 goes live: What's new, how to access, and more explained

For Apple Music subscribers, Apple Music Replay is officially here. It was launched on December 2, 2025. The annual recap offers a look back at a user's music habits as it highlights top songs, albums, artists, genres, and more.

Notably, Apple Music Replay has expanded its features for 2025. Along with the statistics of the user's most-played songs, albums, and artists, Replay has introduced these new features:

Discovery section: This year, users can track the new artists they have discovered throughout the year.

Loyalty: The platform will highlight the artists one has consistently returned to. It comes with a visual snapshot of one's favorite recurring tracks.

Comebacks: If one revisited their past artists, Replay will highlight those comebacks.

In addition to these new categories, monthly Replay highlights will allow users to see how their listening habits have shifted over time. Replay's All Time playlist is another significant feature, which will compile the most-played songs of a listener since signing up for the platform.

How to access Apple Music Replay 2025

The 2025 Replay can be accessed via the following ways:

Official app (iOS/Android): Users need to head to the Home tab and look for the Replay section in the "Top Picks for You" area. By tapping it, one can start viewing personalized insights.

Web access: Fans can also visit Replay's official website. People need to log in with an AM account to get the musical stats of 2025.

Fans can see a visual and audio recap of their top tracks, artists, albums, and genres. Replay also allows one to post their results to social media.

What are the top dongs and artists of 2025?

This year, ROSÉ and Bruno Mars' collaboration on "APT." takes the top spot on Apple Music's global song chart. It has secured the No. 1 position for 2025. In the second spot, Kendrick Lamar and SZA's "Luther" has been featured. The third spot was claimed by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars with "Die With a Smile".

Artist of the Year 2025 is Tyler, the Creator. The company issued an official press release, stating:

"Tyler's output through the end of 2025 reinforced his position as one of the most gifted creatives of his era. Across Apple Music, Tyler had his best year ever in terms of worldwide plays, listeners, and hours listened, with fans around the world logging more than 4.5 billion minutes of listening time between November 2024 and October 2025."

Tyler, the Creator shared:

"To everyone who listens to my music, thank you. I appreciate you so much. This year, for my career, was the biggest so far. To be this year’s Apple Music Artist of the Year, it is sick. I appreciate the love. I appreciate the recognition. It means a lot to me, especially for the music and things that I make.
